Bikes for short distances are available free of charge, but we do not provide a short-notice breakdown service. Outside the door: free parking space for a car. You have free access through the staircase, so you can come and go whenever you want. Shopping and restaurant options are within walking distance. Falkensteiner beach with high ropes course and mini golf is close, public transport stop 2 min. walk, ferry dock 5 min. walk. I look forward to your visit

The lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance has a double bed, a small dining area, a cozy sofa and TV corner. 800 meters away are a beautiful natural beach with cliffs and a lively beach section with promenade, restaurants, toilets, and a surf school. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

We invite you to spend a few relaxing days in our beautiful apartment. It is about 38 square meters and has a separate entrance. It has a kitchen-living room, bedroom, TV and shower bathroom. Parking is available right outside the building. You are welcome to share our garden. A small sunny spot for breakfast is available in front of the house in our garden. We are happy to provide drinking water from our filter system.

From April 1 to October 31, the municipality also charges a tourist tax (currently €2.50/person/day).
