'La Volière' Gîte between two seas – Saint-Émilion

La Volière is located on a rocky promontory, overlooking a magnificent farmstead where a few sheep are happily grazing. Adjacent to the estate, the cottage, with its private garden, will offer you the silence of the countryside and a peaceful view. In summer, you can enjoy access to the shared swimming pool. There are many wineries around us, walks and bike rides, flea markets and car boot sales depending on the time of year, and if you want to breathe in the ocean air, it's not far away!

Gîte de Laplagnotte

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

Located within our wine property, you can visit and taste our production. Breakfast with local produce is included in the reservation. Restaurant open from June to September on weekends (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) A jacuzzi at an extra cost for the entire stay.

Hi , I welcome you to my home, in a charming outbuilding of the house, for a stay in the heart of the vineyards in the village of Grézillac, 15 minutes from Saint Émilion. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne.
