Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, but it can also be used. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, accessible 10 meters across the courtyard (shared use until 10 pm).

Tino‘s Tiny House ist ein kleines, eigenständiges Häuschen im Wormser Vorort Weinsheim. Der Ort lädt zum Entspannen ein: - ein Spaziergang am Eisbach - ein Abstecher in die Brauerei Sander - Sonnenuntergänge zwischen Weinreben und Feldern - fußläufige Spielplätze für Kinder Uvm. Die Lage ist optimal um Worms zu erkunden. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5-10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Auch die nächst größeren Städte wie Mannheim, Heidelberg, Mainz und Frankfurt sind gut zu erreichen.

South -West-Wing Ueberau

The cozy and quaint furnished south-west wing is located in Reinheim- Uberau and in the rear part of the site. With a sep. entrance, the wing offers a living space of ~ 35m², so that it can be occupied by 2 people. It is the perfect starting point to discover the cities and nature in the Odenwald. In the immediate vicinity is the bus stop (about 220m) for local transport, shopping facilities can be found in the center of Reinheim. We are looking forward to nice guests!

Well suited for business travelers. Mannheim, Heidelberg, Darmstadt and Frankfurt are easily accessible by highway A5 /A67 or public transport. Workplace with Wi-Fi available in the house. A relaxing evening can be enjoyed in the accommodation as well as in the surrounding area. Family-friendly, occupancy is possible with 2 adults and 2 children. Playground in the street, many excursion destinations such as swimming pool, rock pool, hiking in the nearby area.

Small but nice - garden house with kitchen and bathroom for 1 to 2 people. There is street parking and the RB12 train station to Frankfurt is 250 m away. The airport and the Frankfurt trade fair can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Linens and towels are of course sufficiently available. The couch can be converted for sleeping. Above the living/bedroom there is still a storage room to reach.

Our detached holiday home is on a closed property. We, your hosts, live in the front house ourselves. Parking for a car or motorbike is available on our property. The holiday home with an area of 80 sqm on 2 floors offers 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The entire house is non-smoking, but smoking is available in the covered entrance area with bench.
