Very nice place to stay. The view from the back yard is priceless and is very relaxing .She has everything there to make for a nice evening outside ,patio lights, firepit ,lite up dock and picnic table right on the water. Inside is very clean and cozy and is not lacking for anything that you might need .This is not a place that you want to make any excessive noise as there is another residence right above you.

Jim’s place was close to family we were visiting in Nova Scotia. It was the perfect home away from home - quiet and cozy. Jim was a great communicator- letting us know exactly what to expect. We had a large travel van with kayaks on top. Jim’s place accommodated this perfectly. We would for sure make this property home base again next time we are in the area!

Great location for our stay. Apartment was clean and spacious with most comfortable beds. Jin was easy to contact and responded to requests quickly. The lake was a bonus with dock for swimming and plenty of outside seating. We would definitely recommend for an enjoyable stay in Dartmouth!

Thank you for being such lovely hosts! We immediately felt right at home. The surroundings are beautiful, peaceful and quiet. It was a wonderful place to wake up to the snow. Thoughtful amenities, lots of space, comfortable places to eat, drink, read and watch Christmas movies. We didn't want to leave. So much generosity was extended to us due to the storm, and I look forward to returning! We very much were well taken care of.

This was the most amazing place. We spent a week here and Everything you needed or wanted was right in this place. The surroundings were peaceful, very inviting. Gillian checked in with us halfway through our stay to see if we needed anything. The beds were very comfy. The firepit is beautiful there was a fully stacked wood pile to use for the fire. There were lots of chairs all around to sit outside or out by the the dock. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Gillian and Scott for your hospitality.

What’s great place to stay. Everything was exactly as advertised and more. I spend about 100 nights a year away from home and staying here made me feel like I was right at home. Very comfortable, clean. It was perfect.

An amazing spot! Right on the Lawrencetown beach but with your own private access. There’s a couple of houses around you so it’s nice because you don’t feel like you’re out in the wide open, there’s a feeling of seclusion and privacy that’s really nice. Spot is super cozy & has the basics of everything you need. Jes was so responsive and easy going and even coordinated early check in/late check out!! Super appreciative of such an easy going host. 10/10 experience!!

Probably out favorite AirBnB to date. We needed a bigger place than usual for the whole family - and this perfectly fit the bill. Huge, great kitchen, very comfortable, and very clean. Everything was A1. It only took us 24 minutes on average to get from here to Centennial Pool for our swim meet - totally worth the short drive to have a place that comfortably accommodated everyone. Would definitely stay here again if we need a similar size location in Halifax again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at AJ's place. The house was perfectly clean and thoughtfully appointed - the kitchen had absolutely everything we could think of and we felt like we were at home immediately. The bed was luxurious in both size and comfort and had pillows perfectly suited to us. I can't rave enough about the overall comfort of this home and the views that accompanied it were brilliant. I really enjoyed watching the geese and ducks on the lake every morning and loved the privacy of the property as a whole. AJ was thoughtful and prompt in all their communications and super helpful with any queries we had. Highly recommend!

We had a great long Easter weekend! Really liked the house, the inside and outside with the gorgeous view on the water. Exactly what we were looking for and Greg was really welcoming!

We had the most incredible time at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely stunning - right on the water, offering breathtaking views that made for the perfect setting to celebrate our best friend's birthday and have a much-needed girls’ night. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of how beautiful and spacious the property was. The kitchen is massive and perfect for hosting, with every tool and gadget you could possibly need (and more). This place truly had it all! Katrina was an amazing host - so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and more. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to celebrate and unwind. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a gorgeous, peaceful getaway. Can’t wait to return!

Our large family enjoyed a 5 night stay at the house and it is easily one of the nicest in our memory of AirBnB homes. There was lots of space for our group and the little kids loved exploring outside. We hosted some extra family one evening for dinner and found everything needed in the well appointed kitchen. The beds were very comfortable too! We loved everything about this home. It's little out of the city but that was ok for us. A memorable trip for us!

Alex and his house are amazing. I would give Alex 10 Stars out of 5 if I could. He was very accommodating and very responsive to us before, and during our stay. The house is well equipped throughout, including the kitchen to do everything you need. The view is out of this world and is like something from a movie. The rooms are spacious, the living areas are perfect to relax and look at the Atlantic Ocean whilst ships cruise past. Access to the beach was easy and the little peninsula has a fireplace that just completes the whole package. It is private and just what we needed. I highly recommend Alex and his spectacular house for anyone and everyone!

Had a great stay over Valentine's weekend at this spot! We really enjoyed the spacious kitchen & den, the hot tub, and the beautiful frozen surroundings. If you're coming in winter, make sure your car is up to the task of scaling the hill on the way out. Winter tires are a must! I took a few attempts to get out, but Lisa was a huge help in getting us safely on our way.
