I would say that the apartment that you are staying in is very good for the price that you pay for. Amenities are good, and the apartment was clean. The only thing I would say that needs improvement would be the bed as it was quite weak and not very much support.

I enjoyed my stay, even though I had a problem with a water leak in the toilet and a shower with a leak and no possibility of using it on the first day, but Marco was very responsive and very commercial during my stay, I recommend the accommodation because the owner is responsive to the customer's needs.

Booked this unit at Balmoral Place for a convention in SMX, 10-min walk with the option to pass through MAAX bridgeways to get out of the sun. 7-11 right next door. Flexible and easy check in. Great water pressure, heater, bidet, shampoo, body wash, dish soap, towels, indoor slippers, bottle water, coffee sachets, closet with hangers and iron, dryer and quick internet connection. Will definitely book here again and try the pool next time.

Spent 6 nights. Made nearly all our meals there since fresh produce and other groceries are minutes away. Place 'feels' larger than it is; very comfy. Khallel is such good communicator! Great lil home away from home.

My girl friend and I had a wonderful stay. Kim was very responsive and provided clear instructions. The unit was as shown in the images, a lovely view, spaciousness, clean with the basic necessities and most of all it was very homey. Everything Perfect💯💯💯

Czarina's place is located at an amazing place. Many restaurants store and just about anything you may need. Place feel very safe and walkable. Would recommend to anyone who there for a few days and doesn't want to leave the area much.

We had a wonderful time staying at Marc's place. Marc have been a great host and answered all our inquiries during our stay in his home. It's really an unforgettable experience. Your place keeps us away from the traffic of the city and at the same time keeps us near the great and wonderful establishments in its surrounding areas (which were just a couple of minutes away from where Marc's place is, like the SM Aura, Market Market, The High Street and more). Your place have been a second home for us while in BGC. You helped us complete our itinerary. Again, thank you for the wonderful experience.

The place is nice and a lot of things to do in the area. Also the host is very responsive when it comes to our concerns and questions.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. The place is easy to locate. While the house shows some signs of wear and tear, it’s well-equipped and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the pool! I appreciated the host’s thoughtful touch of having a variety of consumables available for purchase. Overall, we had a great stay.

Our family enjoyed our NYE 2025 in this place. The house was spacious and clean, accurately described by the host. Mhai, the caretaker was also friendly and attentive. Grateful for their service and highly recommended.
