Holiday rentals with breakfast in Daventry District

Great place to stay, great host. 10/10 would recommend.

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Marie and Chris have been wonferful hosts, couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the night. The breakfast in the morning was beautiful, and the dog is super friendly and cute. 100% recommended

We spent nearly two weeks as we were visiting family. Oakham is a lovely village and very central for exploring the Midlands. Jenni’s place was perfect for our stay as we had a car. Given it wasn’t in the centre of Oakham, it was more affordable and in a lovely neighbourhood. The house itself was decorated with character and had everything we needed for my three teenagers and they were particularly excited by the PlayStation. The enclosed verandah/conservatory was a lovely place to sit and looks into the lovely garden. We cooked many meals in and the kitchen has everything you need to enjoy cooking and a lovely big dining table in the conservatory. Jenni and her manager Olly were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

An ideal spot for night before the wedding at Warwick house. The Sonos surround speakers were the highlight, blasting out tunes while getting ready for the big day! Breakfast goodies were much appreciated and saved us having to go out and get bits in. Great for kids too, the tv and games kept them entertained!

Had a wonderful stay. The flat is stunning and have taken a lot of inspiration for my own. I love how close it is to the train station, town centre and gardens which we enjoyed using. We had everything we needed the kitchen is kitted out so we made food there instead. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for what we needed while at the NIHL play-off finals. A little further out than some places but easily walkable from the skydome, and included a simple breakfast which was a nice touch. Thanks!

This is a beautiful flat with gorgeous gardens and views. It was beautifully clean and well kept and perfect for our stay. There were lovely added touches like a high chair, cot and bath toys for the kids which made our stay even easier! Clare was friendly and helpful and very responsive to my messages. Would definitely recommend :)

A beautiful place to stay , with so many extras , felt totally private and loved the use of the outdoor seating area and hot tub . Both me & my wife said it had been one of our favourites, note to others book somewhere to eat if travelling at the weekend. The only ‘extras’ we d of liked would have been robes & slippers but that said that’s being picky . A beautiful find .

AirBnB started with the premise that hosts would welcome travelers into their homes. It was/is a nice ideal: we travel the world to encounter people with experiences that may differ from ours. Miranda and Mark exemplify that notion. They clearly enjoy meeting people from all lands and provide a beautiful and comfortable place for them to stay. Stamford is a charming town. Just walking around the center is great entertainment. We only made an overnight stay while passing through but would have liked to spend more time.

We had a great one night stay with Judy in her lovely home which is about 10/15 minutes walk from the centre of Chipping Norton. She was a welcoming host - helpful and knowledgeable about the area and very interesting to talk to as well. Oh, and the breakfast was great too! We’d definitely recommend!

Easy to find in a beautiful location. Very cosy room perfect for our family of 3. Joan & her Husband were so friendly and they cooked us the most amazing breakfast. Thank you for being lovely hosts, we will hopefully be back 😊

I had a very pleasant stay, David's place is bright and airy but cosy at the same time. Great breakfast and lovely hosts.

We have stayed before as it is only 10 mins away from family. Great breakfast too. Beautiful countryside. You can see for miles in all directions. It is a working farm so take wax ear plugs if you're a light sleeper like me. Will defo go again.

Goyo was very friendly and her place was clean and very accommodating! We felt quite at home and enjoyed having the space to ourselves.
