Close to many services such as: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ATMs, post offices and pharmacies. A few minutes' walk takes you to the main public transport (bus and train) and highway entrances.

The "grottino" (NL-00003565) is a small independent house consisting of two rooms: on the ground floor the living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, on the first floor the sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, a private parking space is available a few meters away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery with a large garden for guests. 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona and 25 km from Locarno.

In Davesco-Soragno / Lugano Open Space of 65 square meters + 30 square meters of terrace. There is AIR CONDITIONING, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a coffee machine... Only the dishwasher is missing. We do not provide breakfast, but on request we provide guests with coffee, herbal teas, and homemade jams. From Lugano station, north side, take bus 461 x Villa Luganese and get off at Soragno right in front of Lugano's B&B. Free parking is also available on the property.
