Holiday rentals in Lugano District

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this property. The property was very spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated and had comfy furniture and bedding. The views of the lake were amazing to wake up to and have a morning cup of tea. There is construction work currently being undertaken next door, but don’t let this affect you booking a stay here as the property is so well insulated we forgot they were there. Me and my family when we return to Melide would love the pleasure of being able to stay in this wonderful property with its wonderful host again.

We had booked the apartment for three nights. Unfortunately, we could not use the lake access because at the end of April the water is still too cold. Super nice apartment - very well maintained and equipped with everything you need - even for a longer stay. The highlight is the terrace with a cozy and large chill corner. Two sun loungers for comfortable sunbathing and a separate small table for breakfast or the like. The evening sun on the terrace was a delight. There is also a gas grill on the terrace, which we did not use. All in all, three very nice days - if it suits, we will come back. We especially enjoyed a trip to the Verzasca Valley.

We enjoyed our stay! Thereze and her husband were incredibly friendly and helpful – you felt immediately welcome. We were particularly enthusiastic about the beautiful view from the balcony, which made every morning and evening something special. Everything else was great – the place was clean, well equipped and completely pleasant. Thank you for the great hospitality!

We generally had a nice stay with our toddler of 2 years. Ashley welcomed us very warmly and shared all the info we needed. The house has everything you need and is very clean. In the street is a restaurant which pleased us well. The Lugano area is really beautiful. Despite all the positives, we would not come back so soon. That has to do with the noisiness of the road in front of the house. Also the stairs to get to the front door is dangerous with a toddler. All praise to Ashley, of course she can't change anything about the above!

Beautiful, exceptionally well-appointed apartment with absolutely stunning views over Lake Lugano. Even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures, with a lush, tropical garden, a perfect lawn, and huge terrace. Adrian was a very responsive host, and we had everything we needed and more for a lovely stay. Plentiful towels and clean sheets, a relaxing hot tub, and comfortable, stylish furniture. The lake properties provide direct access to the water and are beautiful and tranquil. Just a word of caution to dog owners and families with small children that the road between the main property and the lake can be dangerous, with no sidewalk and fast driving cars. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a peaceful and relaxing break from the city.

We enjoyed the week before Easter in the apartment. We didn't miss anything in the apartment. Since the weather was not yet soo warm and also rainy, we had to adjust the radiators in the apartment. But that made it cozy in the apartment. A clothes rack would still be an advantage. For several people and their bath towels, swimming trunks and possibly rain gear, it is otherwise difficult from the place that everything dries again for the next day. We would highly recommend the apartment. The location is GREAT and the view day or night is just WOW.
