The building is ultra-modern, secure, has pool and fitness center, grilling area and free parking in code-accessed gated garage below. Building entry is code-accessed,also. Excellent alternative to pricy nearby hotels. Five-minute walk to the Gulch. Less than a mile to Broadway. Uber rides downtown about $6-8.
