Make you trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". Our elegant room is the perfect place to stay when visiting Edinburgh. There is a comfy double bed and a beautiful en-suite, secluded from the main house; with a small peaceful garden area and a private entrance. Based in the quiet suburb of Blackhall, we are only a couple of miles from the city centre - with dozens of express buses on a few minutes walk from the house; whilst at the same time ideally situated for journeys to and from the airport.
