This house was awesome! My Fiancé and I rented this to gather family for Easter 2025. Linda gave us permission to have family who were semi local to visit for our Easter dinner which was so special to us! My guests staying with us were impressed with how relaxing the back area was with the pool and the sunroom. We had multiple adults, our niece (6mo) and several of our 4 legged nieces / nephews and there was plenty of space for us all. We are so grateful for Linda and her generosity! The day of check out one of our guests had rental car issues that took several hours to correct. Linda was gracious enough to extend our check out to allow time for them to fix the car issues and then get back to the house to pack up. We will definitely be coming back!

Tracy’s home was amazing! Our family enjoyed everything it had to offer, from the heated pool and hot tub spa to the spacious kitchen, where we whipped up some delicious meals. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. We would definitely book again if we are ever in the area. Tracy was a wonderful host. She was very quick with responses and worked with us on extending our stay!

Buket’s home is spacious, thoughtfully laid out for guests, and the backyard pool oasis is incredible. We had a few hiccups which Buket promptly and thoughtfully worked with us to address. She’s a very kind and responsive host. Thank you, Buket!

My family needed a place to stay for a month and this house was perfect. It might look a little small from the outside - but the layout and renovations makes the house perfect even with 3 kids. We didn’t feel cramped at all. Having two full bathrooms probably helps with that. It was very clean. Inviting and comfortable. It was stocked with all of the basic items needed to cook meals whereas many AirBnBs do not have a good selection. The hosts were great.

We had the loveliest of times at The Poet’s House. The location is amazing, private, surrounded by nature but close to all we needed. The house is so beautiful, peaceful and has incredible energy, it’s beautifully decorated making it a very pleasant environment to rest and relax. The beds were very comfortable, lots of amenities, complete kitchen, extra pillows and towels, etc. The best thing is the hosts! Always responsive and kind, flexible, very helpful and welcoming. We would love to stay here again.

It was in a great location —close to restaurants but still quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect spot to relax after a long day of work. We had a memorable stay at this cozy country cottage in the charming town of Mocksville where I grew up. The home was spotless, well-appointed, and offered a comforting atmosphere during what was a difficult time for our family as we were in town for my father’s funeral. The cottage’s thoughtful touches—from the fully equipped kitchen to the historical pictures/antique furniture and comfortable bedrooms—made it a perfect place to rest and be with family. The location was perfect, with easy access to the heart of town and places that hold so many fond memories for me. I’m grateful to have found such a peaceful and welcoming home base during this visit. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a warm and inviting stay in this special town.

We had an amazing stay! The farmhouse was immaculate. We started each day drinking coffee on the front porch rocking chairs and ended the day watching the sunset from the back porch patio. We were in town for a wedding but all agreed that we’d love to come back for a staycation! Highly recommend Vauda’s farmhouse if you are looking for a cozy stay with fresh air!
