Tina was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions asked. With the reasonable rates we were able to stay longer for our visit and add days to our original stay without issue. Neighbors were very friendly and in a very nice neighborhood. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

We came down for the weekend for a basketball tournament. It was a great location and close to everything we needed. The price was reasonable and Logan was very responsive.

Great clean, pristine stay! This space was comfortable and had all of the accommodations that your home has. They really go out of their way to make the space feel like home .

This home was exactly what we needed for the weekend! Beautifully decorated, clean, uncluttered, and the location felt like a safe and friendly neighborhood. Tonya left us some very nice local snacks and that was hugely appreciated when we got in late Friday night. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. We will definitely stay again next time we come to Owensboro!

We rented both apartments for our children & spouses when they came into town for their dad's 70th birthday. Although we did not see the inside of the apartments, both of our children were pleased. They said the spaces were cute, comfortable, and that we should consider renting again when family comes into town. It was also very convenient that they could bring their dogs as it saved them money on boarding. Logan was very quick to respond to our questions and even extended an extra day when I realized I messed up the bookings.

This was a very nice place to stay while we were in town. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Most of the windows had blackout curtains as well, which is nice when you have kids. When we had a few questions Theresa and Kelly were great at responding quickly. There was a big storm overnight while we were staying here that actually damaged the building and they were very quick to respond and have maintenance out within a few hours when we let them know about the damage. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and quick access to the bypass so getting around town is fast and easy. We were quite pleased with our stay!

Jared’s Airbnb had everything we needed and very comfortable. Loved the outside upper deck.

We came for our son's graduation so Nikki's place was ideal being walking distance from the school. There is also a big supermarket within walking distance. The house was charming, well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen. The mattress on the double bed seemed new and was certainly very comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch with coffee in the mornings. The piano is even pretty much in tune! The only thing we missed was a hair dryer and as soon as we asked, one was delivered within an hour. A great little house with great hosts!

The home was much larger than the pictures show. It was a great location to walk to town on a quiet street. I would absolutely stay again.
