Holiday rentals with a fireplace in De Koog

Very convenient stay, hospitable host and with facilities as advertised. Perfect spot to explore the Northern part of the island and do some bird spotting.

Marius is an amazing host. The house is picky, so we can completely relax in the beautiful surroundings. The house is quiet place, yet in close walking distance a city's comforts. We've been here for others with our grandchildren who are now teenagers. They suggest it will be a tradition that we go on a trip to Medemblik. There was a bottle of champagne for us as a welcome. However, the biggest welcome was that it was so clean and cozy. You really feel welcomed and welcomed.

We stayed in Christiane's beautiful farmhouse. Really a breathtaking space, clean, with lovely beds and equipped with every comfort. Really everything has been thought of. And also very nice that there is a base of tea, coffee and herbs in the kitchens.

We had an amazing weekend at Chris' lovely and authentic house as well as garden It was a great pleasure to step into the beautiful, clean and fragrant home Everything was perfect and recommendable We'd love to come again

What a lovely cottage this is! The beautiful large garden gives you the feeling of being completely alone here. Was very nice for the children, with all crawl through paths. The wood stove was our second favorite. Burned very easily and gave a lot of atmosphere. The cottage is anyway very cozy and personally decorated, so we quickly felt at home. Fine beds and beautiful lamps everywhere. Close to the beach and near the beautiful Schoorl dunes. This is absolutely recommended. We will definitely come back!

When there was a problem with the key, René set out right away. The apartment is functionally furnished and especially the kitchen very well equipped (worth mentioning is the oven and toaster!). The mattresses are comfortable and the new shower room very nice. The children could go to the playground alone and in 5 minutes you were on the beach by bike. The value for money was rightfor us. Rene is really a Superhost - very accommodating and helpful.

We had a pleasant stay at Georg chalet. Our vacation was nice and relaxing. You got everything you need in the chalet. Georg is very responsive and friendly. On the way to chalet, you also have a scenic view of the flower fields during spring. My kids enjoyed the Watersnip's playground and wouldn't want to leave the place anymore as they really enjoyed the place. Many thanks Georg for the wonderful place.

Beautiful tidy house with large usable garden in an absolutely quiet location. Shopping and bike rental is 2 km away.

The bungalow was very nice, clean, and very well stocked. It is in a beautiful park next to the IJsselmeer. Felix was great, super friendly and forthcoming, and helped us quickly with our inquiries. We recommend the place and our gracious host, and will hopefully be returning in the future.

The place was particularly enchanting, very cozy and quiet. We were very comfortable from the first moment. Jeanet and Louis are very welcoming. The house with its special charm and fantastic garden is located outside the city center of Schoorl and you can walk directly into the dunes after a few meters and can go hiking. There was nothing lacking in the house itself. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for the wonderful time at your placle.

Lovely cottage in a nice quiet area. We will definitely book again. By car everything is easy to reach. Communication is top and everything we needed was present in the cottage.

We have enjoyed the quiet place to stay and the beautiful spaces. I was bothered a lot to get the digital key on my phone, while we were in the cold there. I should have arranged it myself in advance, I noticed later. It was a very nice holiday despite that, it was an ideal place for us to stay. We walked along the water and enjoyed what the island has to offer. There are many activities to do, which are described in the Texel newspaper, which we had taken from the boat. There was no info in the cottage itself, fortunately I was prepared for that. When leaving it was not clear, what had to be done with the garbage..there was one container, where everything was allowed?? I took everything home with me to sort at home. I think that's a minus point!!! It is a recommended place!! thank you.

We enjoyed this beautiful accommodation with the 6 of us. Located in a quiet place on Texel in the middle of the island. Everything can be reached about within 15 minutes by car.

Very nice house with everything you could ever need. Chic fireplace just right for winter months. We will definitely come back.

Justus & Heleen's house is absolutely fantastic, the photos don't do it justice as it is larger and better equipped than described. Extremely comfortable and for us ideally situated being only 10 minutes drive from the Medemblik Regatta Center where we were sailing. The area is peaceful, and local supermarkets excellent as well as a local restaurant serving good food. We will be back soon!

Beautiful big house with lots of space and a very large garden! We had two small children (<4 years) with us, who had a great time. Center of Schoorl is within walking distance and the beautiful dune walks too. The beach is a lot further, we recommend to rent a bike or grab the car. The house is located on the passage street of Schoorl, making it easy to get there and drive away again easily. However, it is a busy street in terms of car traffic. Inside, everything you need was present, from toys to kitchen equipment.

We had a very nice time in the cozily furnished house of Martina and Alexander. Also for our dogs the house and fenced in garden were perfect. We will be happy to come back!

The hostess was very friendly from the beginning, helpful and responded incredibly quickly to all my messages. The apartment was perfect, clean and cozy – exactly as described. Beautiful, large guest house with enough space for 12 people. We were there with 9 people. It was known in advance that a toddler will come along. An extra cot or travel cot was also prepared for this, which we found very accommodating. The house is very modern and clean, invites you to feel good. A few more information/information sheets etc. about the area or about sights in the Netherlands would have been nice. Our daughter was also happy about the great playground right across the street from the house. The park was very quiet, clear and clean. All around we were very satisfied.

Very nice stay with 10 people. Great location, also with several cars parking. Lovely garden, both inside and outside fantastic large dining table for dinner and games.
