Our apartment is located close to Vourvoulos beach, 5 minutes from Fira center, 8 minutes from airport&15 minutes from Oia(driving distance). It has a bedroom with a small kitchenette (equipped with wash basin,water kettle,coffee machine,an electric grill,microwave&a fridge)& a bathroom. There is an outside area with sea view, a mini playground, a barbeque& parking. It's ideal for couples who like to relax & enjoy the nature. The price doesn't include the government tax of 8 euros per night.

Κοντά υπάρχουν πολλές οργανωμένες παραλίες καθώς και η γνωστή παραλία της Παχιά ΄Αμμου. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν εστιατόρια-ταβέρνες, μινι μαρκετ . Δίπλα από το κτήμα βρίσκεται ένα από τα πολλά παραδοσιακά μονοπάτια του νησιού. Η απόσταση από το λιμάνι της Τήνου είναι περίπου 6 χιλιόμετρα.

Απο το 2026 πλήρως ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο και κουζίνα! Το στούντιο απέχει 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την παραλία Γάγγου. Εκεί μπορείς να φτασεις και με τα πόδια κάνοντας μόλις 15 λεπτά περνώντας μέσα απο μονοπάτι στη φύση! Επίσης απεχει 25 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης αλλά μόνο 7 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο. Απολαύστε την υπέροχη θέα και την ηρεμία της φύσης χωρίς να είστε πολύ μακριά από διασκέδαση, εμπορικά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια.

The 30 m2 studio is equipped with a large fitted kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, TV, Wi-Fi and mosquito nets on all windows as well as the front door. the bed is 1.80 x 2.00 m for a couple and can become two beds of 0.90 x 2.00 m if you want to sleep separately. Our luxury suites used to be an 18th century traditional Santorinian captain´s house, which was constructed in Fira, on the very edge of the Caldera cliffs. Built out of local stone and featuring spacious underground rooms, it stood there, untouched by several volcanic eruptions and earthquakes which destroyed most of the island over time.

A cozy space, just 10 meters from the sea, awaits you to host your most pleasant summer holidays in Rhodes.
