We had an incredible experience staying at the W Residences in Fort Lauderdale. The space was exactly as described — modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. The views were stunning, and the location was perfect for beach access, dining, and nightlife. The host was responsive and made check-in effortless. The amenities felt truly high-end — just like staying at a luxury hotel, but with the added comfort and privacy of a home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

This place was very nice and clean. Right on the beach. They responded very quick if you have any questions. We got there early and was able to get in the place early which they don’t have to let you in until 4 . 100% recommend. I will rent this place agin.

Nav and his team were great. The place was great - a high end weekend getaway. No complaints and highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay! The building was very luxe. Bed was comfy and clean. My wife was very happy and felt she was treated well for her 30th birthday!!

This place was amazing to stay at! Our group had an amazing time. Everything around the place was close enough to walk and the beach was within a minute walk as well. I recommend everyone to stay at this place if you are considering it!

My dealings with Homestakes was excellent. They were extremely responsive and every time I had a question, they were there to help. I would definitely go through them again.

We had an amazing week at Barry’s place. It was clean and comfortable . Barry thought of everything ! The location is perfect with the beach , pool and tiki bar are all perfect to have on site . The resort staff were all very nice and helpful. Valet parking was a breeze. We enjoyed sitting on the patio each morning and night and enjoying watching the ocean and beach activity. Lauderdale By The Sea is a short walk with so much to offer . I cannot say enough about my stay at Barry’s place ! OH, And having Judy available at arrival was a big plus; she showed us everything and helped us bring in our groceries too!

The host was very responsive and accommodating. He definitely aimed to please. The condo was updated, beautifully kept, and contained many well-thought-out extras. Although it was a beautifully kept building, the neighborhood did not feel very safe. The balcony view was amazing though!

My wife & I stayed here for 5 days. It was perfect little spot for the two of us, great location & very comfortable beds. Tiki bar & the pool is a massive plus. We will come back 100%

The location of this condo was one block from the beach, yet quiet with plenty of outdoor chairs and lounges, and an onsite pool for your use. It was exactly as described, with the amenities necessary in the kitchen and bathroom. There are many good restaurants within walking distance of the downtown area, and easy access to the public beach. Camilla or Clare were readily available to respond to questions, which helped make a great stay. Looking forward to returning again.

The location was absolutely perfect. The beach is 5 minutes walk, Hillsboro lighthouse 15 minutes and the water taxi stop 5 minutes. There are restaurants as close as 5 minutes and a great selection at the pier which is 20 minutes walk. The neighbourhood felt very safe and whenever we walked we were always greeted with a hello/ good morning etc. We found the property had everything that we needed to have a great time. The porch was excellent and we enjoyed sitting in there unwinding after a day out.

Communication was seamless, and the host made the entire process effortless. You can tell they take real pride in their property and in providing top-tier hospitality. My family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb on Sunny Island, Florida! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and local shops, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process seamless and offering great local recommendations. I especially loved the outdoor space—it was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and sunny escape!

Washer and Dryer are not in the unit (the listing does not explicitly state this) I would write a more eloquent review, but seems I am limited to 1000 characters.
