Nestled amongst mature gardens and overlooking Lake Groléjac, this beautiful, traditional country house has been lovingly and sympathetically restored. La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

An annex accommodates 1 jacuzzi, 1 sauna, 1 bathroom/WC For your well-being, you will also have access to 1 walled garden with swimming pool, terraces with garden lounges, 1 barbecue. A cleaning deposit of €150 is to be paid on-site.
