Atypical accommodation (70 m²) with terrace arranged in an old potato cellar on the 1st floor with individual entrance to the village of L'Isle-Verte, pleasant with panoramic views of the river, quiet. Can comfortably accommodate 6 people, 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, shower room with toilet, washer/dryer. Large wooded garden with several parking spaces. Pets allowed. Wi-Fi. Non-smoking accommodation.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located at the border of the province of Quebec and New Brunswick in a quiet neighborhood. 2 minutes walking distance from a small restaurant (seasonal), less than 5 minutes drive from a grocery store, nearby public beach in the summer, 15 minutes away from the U.S border, easy access to snowmobile trails in the winter, Mont Farlagne ski resort is around 40 minutes drive. Great fishing in the area and much more.

Maison du Lac

Relax with your family in this chalet-style house. It is on the edge of Lake Témiscouata with a small private beach with no neighbours on either side. We have a dock to put a small boat or other there during your stay. To relax we have a small wood-burning fireplace 🪵 as well as everything you need in the house. Bike path, snowmobile trail 10 min away. You can also go cross-country skiing, or walking near the chalet (trail maintained by another owner)

The Château de la Plage

The chalet is opposite the municipal beach of Dégelis, where there is the Pub de la Madawaska, a boat ride and a volleyball court. You will be charmed by its wonderful sunsets. Next to it is the municipal campsite, where it is possible to enjoy several facilities (swimming pool, paddling pool, games module, petanque court, access to cross-country ski trails, snowshoes, fatbikes (under certain conditions and/or fees) and the bike path (Petit Témis).

Chalet 4 - Chalet Panoramic Cabin

Complete cabine located 8 minutes from services, stores, restaurants and outdoor activities and Highway 2. Also close to the bike path as well as the federated mountain bike trail. For outdoor enthusiasts, the “Le Prospecteur” walking trail is a must, without forgetting the Mont Farlagne ski center which is only 5 minutes away. Free WIFI. The civic address is now 121 1re Ave, St Jacques NB E7B 2C6. We are right next to Camping Panoramic.
