Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Delaware County

Carter was very quick to respond and friendly. The house was perfect, exactly what we pictured it to be!

This place was prefect for our fishing trip. Sadly our fishing tournament was cancel due to lake level raising to flood range. Thanks to Kassy for working with us after the cancellation. We are hoping for a reschedule and definitely will book this place again

Absolutely stunning views, gorgeous home and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. We hardly saw or heard another person. It was truly as enjoyable as it could get. I had arrived shortly after a heavy rainstorm so one of the three possible routes was flooded over so I reached out to Noemi for assistance and she contacted me almost immediately to help me find another way around. Very kind and prompt.

This was our third visit to this house. The house is lovely and there is a beautiful view of the cove. We fished from the dock and had a fire in the fire pit that overlooks the cove. We always enjoy staying at this house.

We enjoyed our stay in this home and the host was very responsive. We arrived late in the evening with short notice and were very happy when we arrived to see snacks on the counter and water bottles in the fridge for us but the best was the view of the lake! The private dock and firepit area are amazing. This home was very clean and well appointed and had great towels…2 bathrooms a plus. The host also provided a list of nearby restaurants which was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. You cannot beat this location, the view of the lake, private dock, and outdoor firepit area. Highly recommend!

Troy and Angela were super responsive, so that made everything a breeze. Great place to stay! Plenty of room for everyone. Great little hang out areas. Loved that it was waterfront and able to take our boat and jetskis! In a quiet cove that perfect!! Will definitely come back! Also; DoorDash and Walmart+ delivers out there 😉

We had a pleasant, relaxing stay at Ashley's place. She was thoughtful & commuicative. The home was clean. The beds were very comfortable with TVs in each bedroom. We had rain the weekend we stayed. They garage was convenient for keeping us in the dry. We had a great time despite the weather & would love to stay there again if circumstances bring us back to Grove.

Second time we have stayed in this home and it is perfect for our little group! It’s very cozy, has a nice backyard and in a good location with plenty of parking. Jade is an excellent host who always responds promptly and is so kind. Would recommend this home to anyone needing to stay in Jay!!!

This Airbnb was a dream! It was a true log cabin experience. Loved every bit of the stay, the house, the surroundings. It was so peaceful and just what we needed to unwind and relax.

We were visiting for a funeral, and almost felt like we were on vacation with the peace and beautiful views this place offered. Carrie was flexible with our early check in to accommodate us. And we just really loved the space and the extras like the shampoo/conditioner/body wash/ toothpaste/ lotion/ sunscreen and even Off because yes the lake has mosquitos! But everything was ready for us. Thank you again for making a difficult time easier! Great price. Great communication! We definitely want to visit again in the future!

Very clean cute home , the house was a little hard to find at night needed bigger numbers at the mailbox . But it was as described on the site . We did have a couple questions that we didn’t get answers to right away from Evolve it would have been nice to have the on ground contact prior to arrival. We did message the on ground contact upon departure and they were respectful and responsive. Would stay again .
