nicoletta has an amazing place. she thought about all the small details to provide the guess everything they need for their stay. the house is beautiful and very clean, the furnitures are high quality. Nicoletta always answer fast to every message and provided fast and professional service. she has 2 very cute dogs that I enjoyed them around. highly recommend!

This is a whole floor in a nice looking villa on Lido, spacious, with a character and charm. Located perfectly between the beach and Vaporetto to Venice old town, and right next to multitude of bars (check out Olfa Soul), restaurants, gelaterias and groceries (Coop and Conad). If you want to spend several days wandering through Venice and at the same time spend calm evenings on the beach – the location is fantastic. Hosts are responsive and every aspect of us being there (two families with kids) was pretty awesome. Only warning: this is a second floor with a relatively steep staircase, people with limited mobility may experience issues getting in, and you can't roll a stroller into the apartment. The area around the villa, however, is kids friendly and very accessible.

Leo was a great host, precise in providing us with directions and quick to respond when we needed some clarification. The recently renovated house is in a great location and Leo has furnished it with good taste, nothing was missing and he also provided us with 4 bikes! It was a very relaxing stay. Thank you 😊

Roberto has a beautiful structure that takes care of with love and passion! Our place was the Suite that for six people was perfect! Everything is very clean, tidy and tastefully furnished! The kitchen is shared with other guests and in my opinion this adds points to the already wonderful structure in itself! We will definitely be back!!!!

We liked the house right away. We immediately felt at home. The kitchen equipment was very good. The terrace is very comfortably furnished. We lacked nothing. Mattia was consistently available and very helpful. We can only recommend the house.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. Giulia is a special host, she is punctual, she knows how to welcome and put her guests at ease, she is very helpful in providing practical directions, she was uncommon in her professionalism and capable of extraordinary joy. ‘Grandpa's house’ is a clean, welcoming apartment, it offers wide-ranging spaces. The condominium is in a green area with magnolias and other beautiful and well-kept plants. The area is also well served with the tram stop that passes very close. Highly recommended!!!
