Called the "The Galley". This is the first cabin built on the property. Right on the water with views of the Bay and beach. Kitchen, bedroom, small bathroom with shower, family room with a fireplace and dining area. Big screened in porch w/ fabulous breezes. Literally, right on the water!!!

“Mad Calf Cottage is perfection! Lara and David are wonderful, thoughtful hosts. We spent the weekend there for my 40th birthday and it was so lovely. The cottage is exactly as pictured. It was stylish yet homey, comfortable, exceptionally clean and well appointed. It is clear that Lara and David took great care in not only decorating but also in the special touches throughout. Knowing it was my birthday, they left a bottle of prosecco on ice (in addition to snacks and chocolates) for us to enjoy upon our arrival which was a delightful surprise. Lara gave me detailed information on the area and advice on restaurants. Taking her up on her suggestion, we ate at Adrift on Friday night. It was so good! But the show stopper was our dinner at the Hope and Glory Inn. Delicious is an insufficient descriptor. It was a meal I will not soon forget! There's nothing like having a cozy place to relax after we went on our adventures in the area and Mad Calf Cottage was exactly what we needed. It couldn't have been better. We hope to be back soon!”

The Boathouse is a two bedroom, one bath cottage with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. A second story deck is the perfect spot to start and end your day. Plenty of boating activity to see from this vantage point.
“Carlton & his team were very responsive to all inquiries and thoughtful in the setup of this home. The details that make the house work so well for travelers where seen throughout. The location is unique & ideal. Our visit was to renew our acquaintances from 10 years of boating in the area, and this location is prize for the Deltaville area! Loved watching the boats and visiting the marinas & old friends.”
