This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Our villa is located in Demre district of Antalya. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 3 bathrooms. There is a pool and a double jacuzzi in the 7.60x3.20 area.
