Holiday rentals with a patio in Derbyshire

Janine was very responsive to us during our stay here in Sheffield. Great location for shopping at the Moor, or getting food around the area. Walkable in cooling weather conditions to the station from the accommodation (20mins), generally downhill.

Lovely little place, the books, snooker table and darts were a nice bonus

Fabulous place to stay, incredibly clean, quiet and comfortable. Was ideal for Ponds Forge where my daughter was competing, 10 minutes drive away. Lots of restaurants nearby and shops but a quiet road for a good sleep. Wonderful hosts.

Enjoyed this place felt at home instantly, will definitely be back again in the summer time, the bar was great would definitely recommend ☺️ thanks for having us x

The Loft is a gem of a place. Stunning layout, space, design, high quality furnishings and a heaven of a bed and bedlinen. Lovely large fluffy towels which is wonderful. Welcome goodies was over and above what I ever expected. Lovely welcome message, pretty yard and terrace outside sitting area with fairy lights. Felt very safe and secure. In fact didn't want to leave. Great location and especially as needed to be certain places easily the next morning. Parking not a problem. Next time I want to enjoy sometime in the beautiful wine bar below that also belongs to my host. Thank you for you lovely communication before arriving and care.

Absolutely perfect location for access to Buxton and couldn't be much closer to Pavilion Gardens for a lovely morning walk. Lovely property with plenty of space and character, would definitely stop here again if I was visiting Buxton.

Absolutely lovely place, the hosts clearly though of everything. There was a wonderful hamper with breakfast bits in and plenty of tea and coffee. Beautiful views, comfy beds and sofa bed. Would definitely recommended

Since our arrival, it felt like home. The peace and the tranquility of the place was what we were needing. The Hideaway surroundings were an invitation to relax and enjoy. The hosts were very attentive and replied fast when contacted. We had a great time and enjoyed the animals: hens, sheep, rabbit, peacock, and cat. Definitely a place to disconnect and recharge.

The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

We had a lovely time staying in this home, the views were amazing and we’d 100% come again. A good feature was a folder containing everything we needed to know and some recommendations on places to go and eat.

Gorgeous accommodation that was completely spotless! The views of the gardens were lovely. Lots of room in the kitchen for cooking and the bathroom was stunning, wish I’d made use of the bath. Would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Kam's villa! The villa was incredibly accommodating, and everything I needed was provided for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Even though a small incident occurred during my visit, Kam responded quickly and handled the situation with clear communication, calmness, and kindness. I truly appreciated how attentive and professional he was. If you're looking for a short stay or a city break, I would definitely recommend Kam's villa. It was a lovely experience.

I booked the Coach House for my mum’s 70th birthday weekend and it was absolutely perfect! You enter through the gates, past the trees on each side and take the right path towards the coach house. It’s a lovely, stand alone building - you really feel like you’re away from it all in beautiful surroundings. The whole place has been furnished to an extremely high standard - it was luxurious, cosy and relaxing. It really is as good as it gets. The village itself is tranquil too and we enjoyed a nice walk along the river, as well as some quality home cooked food in the Bulls Head Hotel. After days out exploring, we loved getting cosy in front of the log burner in the evenings, and the complimentary prosecco and beers in the fridge were very much appreciated as well! Overall, our stay was a 10/10 - our only regret was that we didn’t book it for longer! We’ve already started talking about a return visit and definitely hope to come back soon!

Great apartment! Plenty big enough for 6 adults, 1 baby & 2 dogs. Plenty of bathrooms which was nice not having to share, great location (if you don’t mind a bit of a hill walking back) beautiful place to sightsee and get out and about. Kiran was great, asked for some recommendations and he had a full guide ready and had plenty of stuff to recommend.

Great garden apartment, I have been several times as the location is great for me and it’s really comfortable and well equipped. Martin and Michelle are responsive and helpful hosts. Highly recommend

The apartment was perfect, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you could need with top quality furnishings etc. The balcony with lovely views was well used for sitting and relaxing in the spring sunshine. we were attending a family wedding and birthday in the area and the location was perfect. Ruth, the hostess was very welcoming and the goodies that she left for us were a lovely touch, thank you. We would definitely stay here again.

Anybody that wants to go the peak district and derbyshire dales, this is the place for you. This was ideal location for us, Matlock & Bakewell both 15mins away, Chesterfield was even less. It couldnt have been better. The accommodation was excellent, peaceful, private and more than enough room. I particularly enjoyed the walk in shower and the bed, it has to be the most comfortable bed I have slept in. Everything you would need was provided including wifi, Netflix and an area for the dog to have a run about. My wife I enjoyed our short break, I fully recommend this accommodation, this has to be the best air bnb we've stayed at and we've stayed at a few. The hosts where very nice and friendly, will differnetly like to go back.

Absolutely loved the house, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We have also fallen for Wirksworth, great pub, walks and people.

Great Airbnb located in small block of flat. Private parking is really handy and the location is just off Eccleshall road, so lots of great options to eat on the door step. Lovely big shower and 2 double king size beds in good size bedrooms. Would absolutely recommend, so much so that we have booked another trip. Thanks for having us.

The house was very beautiful inside. Exactly as described. Tidiness:10/10 Facilities: 10/10: you can easily find anything you want We slept really well, also you can enjoy music/ podcast in every single room via alexa. Attention to detail 10/10. Highly recommend!!
