La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

The City of Carcassonne is less than half an hour away, the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1 hour away, many Cathar castles nearby...

Rue de la Poste: friendly village tranquility

3 rue de la poste, Vignevielle is our holiday home in France. It is a beautiful old building that we have made into a small, simple home for the holidays. The village itself is quite remote, being 30 minutes by car from the nearest grocery shops. Our guests enjoy the tranquility of village life and the beautiful scenery. A small cottage, charming and comfortable, very well equipped, 60 m2, stone house in a small typical village of the Hautes Corbières. Dishwasher, washing machine, ..... A flowery courtyard, adjoining the accommodation, with BBQ, and garden furniture, not overlooked. Charming 100 m2 house, carefully renovated in 2021, located in the historic area of the village. The accommodation consists of a large 53 m2 living room, an open kitchen and a back kitchen. Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms with double bed (140 x 190), balcony and views of the vineyards and mountains, a library desk area, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. The Roulotte - a dream for two.

Les Baillessats - a vacation spot for those who seek peace and love the untouched nature. Our beautiful, old circus wagon (Roulotte) is particularly suitable for individualists. It stands covered and sheltered on a large meadow on the paddock with a fantastic view of the Pyrenees and the Gorges de Galamus. The roulotte accommodates two people, with double bed, a small integrated kitchen and dining area.

Chalet L'Oustal (4 pers.) in the heart of nature

Chalet L'Oustal is a small, all-wood house, very warm, cozy, comfortable. It is at the end of a private road, totally isolated with no neighbors within 80 m, not overlooked, no traffic, at the top of a hill surrounded by holm oak woods and Mediterranean scrub – the ideal place to find calm, serenity, rest, but also safety for your children.

You'll enjoy it for clarity, access to the garden, barbecue, access to the garage for a motorcycle. My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.
