Our beautiful home is completely updated and features clean and comfortable furnishings. The home offers both front and back screened-in porches, with the back overlooking the water. The brand new beautiful pool is less than a 40 yard walk. Our one-story home is in the heart of the Sandestin Resort. We are in the center of everything- four golf courses, the tennis center, pickleball, marina with restaurant, walking paths, fishing, shopping, beach- all within a 5 minute golf cart ride.

An outdoor seating area features several pale blue Adirondack chairs arranged around a circular fire pit. Palm trees are visible in the background, and warm string lights create a cozy ambiance above the space, enhancing evening relaxation.
