The guest area (1st floor) with its own bathroom (1st floor) and communal kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet farmyard just outside (!!!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

Spend your holiday in a 180 year old mill, surrounded by meadows, fields and forests. Visit this mystical place and slow down. They wake up in the morning and have a coffee at the Mühlenbach or on cool days in front of the fiery fireplace. The mill with its ponds and surrounding nature invites you to stop. Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen komplett sanierten Resthof in ruhiger Lage und doch nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unser Haus liegt sehr nah am Weserradweg. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Urlauber, Monteure oder Geschäftsreisende.
