Bright designer house (250 m2) close to the city centre. The house has a large open living room and kitchen, two terraces and a quiet garden. It's location is within 5 minutes to the S-Bahn and 15 minutes to the Oktoberfest and central station (by train). Furthermore, the Nymphenburg Palace is within walking distance. Die Gastgeberin wohnt im UG mit eigenem Duschbad, lediglich die Küche ist zur gemeinsamen Nutzung vorgesehen.

The flat is very bright and sunny thanks to the high rooms and large mullioned windows. It has beautiful herringbone parquet flooring, the bathroom is tiled.
