Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Devon

The apartment was in a great location to discover Teignmouth allowing my partner and I were able to walk to all of the great restaurants nearby. The apartment was lovely to stay in for a couple and had beautiful views onto the promenade.

very great location!! everything was walkable from the house. great open area as soon as you walk in to wipe down any dogs or store prams, surf boards ect. rooms were a good size and living room was great size for four people and two dogs. Dogs aren't allowed upstairs (or on the sofas) where the bedrooms are but there is one crate available should you need it. Two of the bedrooms are directly opposite a pub that gets very noisy if you've got young kids that go to bed early. The pub closes at 11/12 but people don't always leave at this time, we were kept awake until 2am on some nights.

What an amazing place. It was perfect for our group. So many things to do, incredibly friendly hosts, who even came round to give us a tour of the place when we checked in. Couldn’t recommend it more. 5* isn’t enough

Outstanding air b and b. 10/ 10 in every way. The barn itself is wonderful, well equipped and the cinema screen is just very special. There are lots of books and games and the beds are super comfy. The outside areas are truly wonderful, well kept to a high standard and we loved the pool and playing tennis. The river, fields and walks right out the door are magical it really is a very special place that I would highly reccomend. If you take a dog/s it's paradise for them, ours loved running free in the many fields and cooling off in the river. Tish is very friendly and approachable, her communication beforehand was very efficient and she was very responsive to messages.

We visited as a family group to celebrate a birthday. The location and surroundings are beautiful and relaxing. The barn is exactly as described in the listing. The facilities within the barn are great. There’s a lovely play park for younger children and lots of walking routes to enjoy. We would recommend Dutch Barn to all and would visit again and look forward to trying out some of the other accommodation on the site. The other units are spaced nicely away from each other and each appears to have a similar degree of privacy from one and other. Overall we had a brilliant relaxing long weekend soaking up the view and had ample space to take time out from each other if needed.

Fantastic !!! Booked this home as part of my wifes 70th birthday celebrations for 6 adults and 3 grandchildren aged 3,6 & 9. Tracy met us on arrival to show us around this wonderful house and pass on everything we needed to know. The house in real life is better than the photos. It is so spacious and as my granddaughter said Tracy has thought of everything there is so much for us to do. Tracy also left us a lovely home made cake. The kitchen was a great communal place with a 10 seater table overlooking the amazing outdoor space via two sets of patio doors. A great way to start the day. All rooms were a good size. Outdoors there is a beautiful large garden with a trampoline for the kids, a gas bbq for the adults a barn with a table tennis table and a host of toys and ride on vehicles for the little ones. Go through the gap at the end of the garden to the very popular tree house Nobody wanted to leave after a fantastic couple of days. This is a great house.

Really enjoyable stay. Our family loved the house and the location. The house is beautiful and really made the difference for our holiday. The downstairs kitchen area is a great space and made meal times fun and enjoyable. Cinema room was then a great place to just relax in the evenings. The house just felt luxurious and it's clear that a lot of time and thought was put into it! Plenty to do in the local area as well, which was nice as we didn't have to drive much once we arrived. Emilie is a wonderful host and actually accepted our booking at the last minute when we were let down by another host. She saved our holiday! The house is absolutely stunning and without a doubt the most beautiful property we’ve stayed in here in Teignmouth, and we’ve been staying for twenty five years! The house is very large and beautifully clean. The decor is stunning and very thoughtfully considered. Everything is here that you could possibly need for a very wonderful stay. The coffee is delicious! There is something here for everyone. My 19 and 15yo sons played pool pretty much non stop as it rained from the moment we arrived. My daughter loved the cinema room! I don’t know what we’d have done without this wonderful home as we couldn’t do anything outside! The house is spotlessly clean and the beds are the most comfy I think we’ve ever slept in! This house would be perfect for a big family and I would recommend booking it if you need a big property as you won’t find better!
