My friends and I had wonderful stay at Matt's home located in the Landing at Reynolds Lake Oconee. The location could not be better, very central, a very short walking distance to the Restaurant, clubhouse pool and golf course. This was my second time staying at this home and plan to make it the main lodging place as I continue to travel there for pleasure and business. The home was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped, ideal for 4-8 people. It has two levels of living space so it was nice when a few of us wanted to chill in the living room upstairs. Matt was very responsive to my emails, sent my friends their gate passes, check in and check out and was easy. I'm looking forward to booking my next stay with Matt very soon!

Very cozy cabin! Had all the necessary amenities and then some. Perfect location for all the hikes my family and I wanted to do and waterfalls we wanted to see. The BBQ and hot tub are a great addition that we used as well! Instructions were very clear and helpful on how to arrive, however *I highly recommend to arrive during the daytime since it gets very dark and the cabin may be hard to find* Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were grateful to be able to bring our dog too!

Jessica’s place was a wonderful place to get away in the North Georgia mountains! We enjoyed the beautiful scenery around the cabin and large back porch was made for relaxation. We did not get a chance to walk the trail beside the cabin but maybe next trip. The location was close to Cleveland and Helen so sightseeing and shopping was very easy. Bill was very helpful and everything was just as described. We will certainly return to Jessica’s little cozy cabin again.

Jacqueline’s place was absolutely perfect for a birthday getaway with my two sisters. It was beautifully decorated and super clean! The beds were very comfortable, which always makes it or breaks it when you’re over 50! It was such a perfect spot for base camp while we explored Dahlonega, Blue Ridge, and Suches.

Loved our stay. Beautiful views, great property, and a wonderful place to disconnect. The only thing we had an issue with was the firmness of our bed. We slept on the upstairs bed which is a firm memory foam (I think) which wasn't the most ideal for us. I know many others have expressed a preference for this, though, so this may be an irrelevant point depending on your sleeping preference.

Such a great home in a great location. Close enough to everything at UGA and downtown Athens, but far enough away to have a more homey suburban feel. The beds are super comfortable, the giant sofa (not pictured) is awesome for lounging, all of the provided entertainment (pool table, foosball table etc) is a real bonus and the backyard is so large and private. It is perfect for morning coffee especially with the birds chirping and the deer wandering through. I will definitely book this home again for future trips to Athens.

We had a fantastic stay at Chris’s place. The house was beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed. Everyone raved about the accommodations and the style of the home—everything from the decor to the furniture was so well done. The pool area was relaxing, and it was an easy walk to the dock, making meeting our boat each day really convenient. It was such a great price for the incredible quality. The location was quiet and peaceful, and Chris was a great host who made everything easy. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home that worked perfectly for our family of 4. The home was exactly as described and what we needed. The backyard was a bonus for our kids to run around. We were a group of 4 adults and two children (1 and 3) and found the size good for us. The toys, crib, and child’s seat made a quick 2 day trip much easier because we didn’t have to bring as much with us. The home was clean with plenty of towels available for everyone. It is an older home so the rooms are smaller (more than 6 or so in the living room would be quite crowded). We appreciated the abundance of hooks in the bathroom and bedrooms. We played some ping pong which we enjoy but recommend that the items be refreshed as they are in poor condition! Overall, it’s a good value and we would stay again when traveling with children.
