We cannot accept pets for health reasons. There are 2 sun loungers and 1 umbrella per house. It is a legal requirement to notify the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs (EGM) of the identity details of guests staying at the accommodation. Guests who are not included in the identity declaration cannot stay. In accordance with the UKOME Decision, some roads within the site are CLOSED TO VEHICLE TRAFFIC. Vehicle traffic ends 50-60 metres before the house. It is not possible to drive up to the front of the house.

The fully air-conditioned apartment features a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and water dispenser (the first 19-liter bottle of water is free), as well as kitchen utensils. A barbecue is available. The terrace overlooks the garden. A washing machine and satellite TV are also provided. The apartment sleeps five people. Pets are welcome. For safety reasons, large dog breeds must be kept on a leash on the property.

There are free sun loungers and parasols that you can use on the beach. There is an Ekomini market within the site, 2 minutes away on foot. Our villa is fully furnished and can easily accommodate 6-8 people. Our villa has been prepared with an emphasis on comfort and cleanliness. The beds are 2022 models.
