It is within a 2-minute walking distance to the Akbük minibus garage and the farmers' market held on Tuesdays. The fully air-conditioned apartment features a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and water dispenser (the first 19-liter bottle of water is free), as well as kitchen utensils. A barbecue is available. The terrace overlooks the garden. A washing machine and satellite TV are also provided. The apartment sleeps five people. Pets are welcome. For safety reasons, large dog breeds must be kept on a leash on the property.
