There are lemon, pomegranate, fig and olive trees in the garden. It is a 7-8 minute walk to Akbük beach (on the cold water side). It is within a 2-minute walking distance to the Akbük minibus garage and the farmers' market held on Tuesdays. It is also within a 15-minute walking distance to all the grocery stores (Migros, A101, Bim, Şok) and the bazaar. Tourism Approval No: 09-47-1
