A stone's throw from downtown Die (500 m by the pedestrian walkway), by the river you are in the countryside and the city! On the garden floor of our house, our entrances are close: you are quiet, but we are there if needed. You will find books and films made here and elsewhere, and works of art on the walls: we are also publishers... Green cottage (phyto-purification, organic garden, chickens, recovery...)

At the bottom of a wild and quiet valley, a traditional trailer, close to the farmhouse in the middle of a wooded space. namely, you will be in the middle of nature, there are insects, frogs, etc., it is a little spartan, and sometimes dusty due to the plants and winds around... for city dwellers who are too picky, hotels in the city A wooden lean-to serves as a living space. Charmant studio état neuf, situé en plein cœur du centre historique de Die (dans la rue principale de la ville) cependant très calme car donnant côté cour. Ce logement situé au 2 éme étage comprend: entrée, cuisine entièrement équipée (senseo, grille pain, bouilloire, micro-ondes et toute la vaisselle nécessaire), un coin nuit avec lit queen size (160/200) doté d’un matelas de haute qualité, de nombreux rangements/penderie et une télévision, ainsi qu’une salle d’eau avec WC.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Rated 4 **** stars by Atout France. It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Quality materials, new amenities, etc... Less than a 10-minute walk to the village with all amenities. Frequently asked question, what to provide for coffee? There is: - a filter machine - a pod machine (Senseo type)

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
