35 m2 cottage with garden and stunning views of the southern slopes of Vercors. A stone's throw from the city center of Die (500 m by the pedestrian walkway), by the river, you are in the countryside and in the city! On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. You will find books and films made here and elsewhere, and works of art on the walls: we are also publishers... Eco-friendly gîte (phyto-purification, organic garden, chickens, recycling...)

Gîte Alvéoles, between the river and the historic centre

Welcome to ALVÉOLES! Our gîte is located a five-minute walk from the Drôme River and the historic centre of Die. From here, everything is easily accessible: swimming, hiking, the market, shops. It is located on the first floor, above our honey house and the mill wheel, which dates from the 18th century. We are beekeepers at the L’Abeille du Vercors honey farm and would be delighted to chat with you about our profession and our beautiful Diois region! We do not have parking onsite for motorbikes or cars

Die, une des portes d'entrée du Parc Naturel régional du Vercors. Ce logement se trouve en plein centre de Die, avec les commerces à proximité. Autour de Die, de nombreux villages à visiter, des randonnées pédestres, des balades vélo (petite cour intérieure pour vélos fermée à clé) et une piscine municipale en bord de Drôme. Nous avons mis à disposition un parc/lit/cabane avec matelas et housse pour un enfant jusqu'à 15kg et un couchage supplémentaire est possible avec le canapé convertible.

Facing the Vercors

Located on the 1st level of the building, facing Vercors. Independent and equipped, it has a really charming small terrace. There is no internet in this apartment, but 4G is available on the terrace. The accommodation is rented clean. Before leaving, we ask our guests to: - clean the stove, fridge, garbage can. Wash your dishes and store them, remove the sheets and put the dirty laundry together. Take your garbage with you when you leave. Or, - choose the cleaning package (€50)

Charmant studio état neuf, situé en plein cœur du centre historique de Die (dans la rue principale de la ville) cependant très calme car donnant côté cour. Ce logement situé au 2 éme étage comprend: entrée, cuisine entièrement équipée (senseo, grille pain, bouilloire, micro-ondes et toute la vaisselle nécessaire), un coin nuit avec lit queen size (160/200) doté d’un matelas de haute qualité, de nombreux rangements/penderie et une télévision, ainsi qu’une salle d’eau avec WC.

The accommodation has a private terrace and a large park shared with the residents of the property. In the summer, you will enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and a garden furniture set. If you are coming as a family with your baby, we have all the necessary equipment (cot, bath, play mat, high chair, etc.). The gîte is located a 10-minute walk from the centre of Die and a 5-minute walk from the train station. We also provide bicycles for travellers.

Welcome to our small house 5 minutes from Die with a beautiful view of the Diois and the Drôme Valley, at the foot of the Vercors, with independent access and a south-facing terrace. Here, you can enjoy the charm of Diois, the river and the nearby mountains. Depending on the season, hiking, climbing, mountain biking or swimming and relaxing in front of beautiful landscapes are available to you. Access to the river is a few minutes by car or bike.

Opening onto a beautiful garden, fields and mountains of Diois, this small home is located in a local traditional house where the host lives. It offers a charming living area with a double bed, a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a shower room and a separate toilet. This cottage is perfect for a couple (up to 3 guests) eager to enjoy the calm and nature. The host is on site, bed and bath linen available, dogs allowed.

Ideal site for walks, hikes, mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in summer, and in winter, possibility of skiing (alpine and cross-country and sledding) at the Col du Rousset ski resort. Equipped to accommodate children and babies (free equipment on request).
