From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. My place is close to many lakes, the forest and the river Elde. There are many opportunities for enterprise. But you can also just enjoy the garden and do nothing. The apartment is very large and the two bedrooms are far apart. It is good for families (with kids), couples, friends and large groups also find room with us (We have even more apartments)
