Our house is located in the foot of the mountains in front of Kavos beach, just in the perfect spot where you can have the most stunning view of the Aegean Gulf and the town of Karistos, but hearing only the birds and the waves of the sea. In a clear day you may even see the closest of the Cyclades islands. It's an independent and comfortable apartment, 60 m2 with direct access to a beautiful garden and a great view of the sea from the living room and the bedroom. Located in a very quiet area of Artemida (Athens suburb) 1,8 km from the center of the town, 15 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Rafina port. Our guests can enjoy moments of relaxation between flights or book a full holiday away from the noise of the center but close enough (1,8km) if you want a restaurant or a pub.

This superb luxury villa with unlimited sea-view is located at Neos Voutzas, a quiet place close to the sea. Ideal for families or small groups from 12 up to 16 persons. It is very close to Nea Makri, Rafina and Marathon, quite populated places in summer time, very attractive for swimming, good food and night life. The villa has a nice garden with a 50- square-meter swimming pool, a BBQ, a pizza oven. 30 minutes from the airport or Athens. Ideal also for remote work, 200 Mbps internet.

Our house located in Kavos beach ,6 KM south of city of Karystos in an excellent, quiet area overlooking the gulf and Aegean sea.This is a comfortable villa, built on two levels, with unlimited views of the East Aegean. In the lower level the house have a spacious living room and open plan kitchen, and two bedrooms guests along with toilet .The upper level are one master bedroom with bathroom and a small living room.Outside there is a big garden in two levels with a swimming pool.
