Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolutely secluded location on the edge of the "Höllbachtal" nature reserve, between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. Here you will find peace, beautiful nature, a warm atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. Our two gallery apartments with fireplace and pine beds leave nothing to be desired. We also offer sauna and medical massages for an extra charge. massages. To ensure peace, we only take 2 guests per apartment.

There is a big room with a fireplace, decorated with traditional furniture where you can enjoy your meals or spend cozy evenings, playing board games and drinking whine or Bavarian beer. In the kitchen next to the electric stove there is an old-fashioned kitchen oven where you can boil your tea water in a traditional way, but don`t worry, there is also an electric kettle. The house has a big garden with vegetables and fruit like strawberries, raspberries, apples and pears.

Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. Brochures for excursions are ready for you upon your arrival.

In addition to 3 bedrooms, you will find 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, 1 guest toilet, a well-equipped kitchen & a large living room that invites you to linger and play. On the ground floor of the house, the owner lives in an apartment with its own entrance.

This wonderful place has its own charm. The old Schusterhaus has been lovingly renovated and partially rebuilt. Externally, the listed building remained as it was built in 1878. However, the interior of the house is adapted to contemporary needs and furnished in the modern country style. On the ground floor are the kitchen, parlor and modern bathroom. On the first floor are the two bedrooms and the dressing room.

Rabenbrunn is a small idyllically located farm in beautiful Lower Bavaria. We acquired the property in 2018 and converted it into a lovingly designed vacation home and breathed new life into it. Rabenbrunn is the ideal place to spend a few relaxing days with family or friends. The property is located on a small hill. You can enjoy the tranquility and surrounding nature completely undisturbed.
