Spacious apartment with parking close to amenities

Haus Oberland is a bright spacious family friendly fully equipped 3 bedroom apartment with 6 beds, a large open living, dinning and kitchen area. An equipped workspace with office chair monitor and printer is provided There is underfloor heating with tiles and laminate throughout. Free off-street parking is included. It is a 3 min walk from the train station, within 200m of 2 supermarkets and a 10 minute walk to the cable car (free ski bus service in winter). Rate includes tourism tax.

Cozy 2 room appartment in Laax

Beautiful location for all activities in and around Laax. Comfortable with children or just as an adult weekend in the mountains. The apartment is stylish, and still pet and child friendly. There are boardgames for those lazy moments and the Postauto (local bus) to the hill in winter and overall in the area, is just five minutes walk away. You will find a bakery, restaurant, butcher and grocery store within a 7 min walk. Price for renting the flat includes bedding and linens for 2 guests.

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, in February 2025 you can also rent the apartment below mine (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

It is a one bedroom apartment, like a studio, with 3 beds. One is on the first floor in the open area, the other is on the top floor in the open area (this is a two floor apartment). The bedroom is on the second level. There is a bathroom with standing shower on the 1st level. On the second level there is a separate toilet room and an open bathtub right in the bedroom (totally open). There is a balcony in this apartment facing the inner yard.
