We (Armin (67), Heidi (61) and Waltraud (84) live in a 2-family house with 50 sqm attic apartment in a district of Bielefeld and yet very central. A bakery, dentist, restaurant, ice cream parlor, Aldi, Lidl, Takko, Schuhpark and a large supermarket are within walking distance. By "bus" you are in the city at the train station on the boulevard with its cinemas, pubs and restaurants in 17 minutes. The connection to the highway is very good (about 7 minutes). Free guest parking is available.

The appartment is located in the historical Katharinenviertel in the center of Osnabrück. The Gründerzeithaus dates from the 19th century. Unser ehemaliger Heu-Erntewagen, der mit viel Liebe zum Detail zu einem schnuckeligen Tiny-House umgebaut wurde, steht in unserem sehr naturnah gestalteten Garten! Eine große Veranda lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein! Das Häuschen hat eine kleine Küche und verfügt über 2 Betten für jeweils 2 Personen. Am Abend und bei kühlen Wetter sorgt ein Kaminofen für kuschelige Wärme. Wer mag kann sich beim Füttern der bei uns lebenden Tiere mit einbringen oder in unserer Töpferei kreativ werden!

Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

A cozily furnished, centrally located apartment, for a stay in Borgholzhausen for 1-2 people in a 4-party house (2nd floor) 52 square meters consisting of: living/bedroom (bed 1.40 x 2 m), kitchen (fully equipped), bathroom (shower and tub), storage room. In the immediate vicinity is Aldi, Edeka and a gas station. The city center is within walking distance. In the 300 sqm garden you can spend relaxing hours in fine weather.

Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Unser Tiny House steht in einer Streuobstwiese in der Nähe des alten Bauernhauses und vermittelt Ihnen ein außergewöhnliches Wohngefühl. Der Bauernhof liegt im Herzen des Münsterlandes am Rande der Emsstadt Greven. Eingebettet in die Idylle der Aldruper Heide finden Sie bei uns Ruhe & Muße, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Durch ein gut ausgebautes Radwegenetz können Sie Münster (15km) und Umgebung leicht erkunden.

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city
