We live on the first floor of a fully renovated house. You will be able to stay independently in an air-conditioned 30 m² studio apartment, located on the ground floor of our house. You will have a bedroom (140x190 bed), a separate kitchen, a bathroom (shower) and a toilet. All of this overlooks the garden, in a peaceful environment, a stone's throw from the banks of the Drôme, a 5-minute walk from the train station (train and bus) and the city centre. Pets are not allowed.

The property is completely independent and faces away from our house located 30 m away.

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
