Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Relax in this peaceful home surrounded by nature and at the end of the road. The cottage is located on the edge of a wood with a wide view across fields to the mountains of Ardèche and the town of Crest surmounted by its keep. It benefits from the peace and quiet of the countryside with the animals of the forest as the closest neighbors. The property is completely independent and faces away from our house located 30 m away.
