The 40 m² apartment is located in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. Stepping out of the apartment, you are immediately on the terrace belonging to your apartment. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, 1 sofa bed is 2×2 m, very comfortable as a 3rd bed. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß (castle). The Elbe cycle path is only 400 m away from us. You can relax in the natural Goltzscha pool. perfect. Parking and 2 bicycles are free of charge.

The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (first floor/attic) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

Wer eine Zeit lang abschalten und die Natur genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Der Ort eignet sich auch gut für etwas längere Auszeiten, etwa um ein Buch zu schreiben.

Das Ferienhaus wird jetzt das erste Mal vermietet nachdem es umfangreich erneuert wurde. Du findest eine gut ausgestattete Küche, drei Doppelbetten, eine Klimaanlage und einen Kamin vor. In den umliegenden Wäldern kannst du wandern, du kannst im nahegelegenen See baden, angeln oder Kanu fahren.
