The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree Valley. Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. The former Haflinger stable was converted into a holiday home by 2022. It offers an innovative living concept for lovers of special architecture. Great importance was attached to sustainability and regional building materials during construction. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors, bright large rooms and exciting furnishings make the house something very special. In the morning you can have breakfast on the terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the Obersitz mountains.

Gutshof Doberschau - Coachman's room

The Kutscherstube is located in the attic of the manor house built in 1794. The farm is protected under historic preservation and has been renovated from an ecological point of view. Sustainability is important to us - among other things, electricity and heat come from 100% renewable energies. The apartment is plastered with lime and clay according to the old model. Furthermore, wood and very good insulation contribute to a pleasant living environment all year round.

A disused dinghy cruiser is stranded on our alpaca farm and offers space in two berths below deck to sail into the land of dreams. There is an outdoor seating area on deck where you can enjoy the balmy evenings with a good book or share some seafaring tales. A kitchenette, shower, dry separation toilet and fire pit are available in the common area on our farm.
