Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Right in front of the door you have your own parking space and an outdoor courtyard/terrace. There is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, master bedroom and another additional bedroom. There is space for up to 4 persons and 2 dogs.
