Parking space for 1 car. The Lodge is equipped with heating, air conditioning, WiFi, kitchen, bathroom and a made bed of 140x200 cm and towels. The size of the Lodge is 3x6 m, of which one meter is a covered outdoor kitchen. Wildlife lookout point around the corner! Restaurants and bike rentals are within walking distance. Public transportation 10-15 min.

The luxurious and stylish accommodation is located on the Berkel in the historic Hanseatic city of Zutphen. It is a wonderful base for exploring Zutphen and its surroundings all year round. It is only a few minutes' walk to the city. Zutphen is a beautiful city with many historic buildings with nice shops, museums and many restaurants. There are several hiking/cycling routes. So you can explore the IJssel/Berkel area, the forests or Veluwe. From the backyard, you can step onto a SUP or into a canoe.

You can hear and see a lot of birds all day. You sleep on a cozy loft, where you can come with a sturdy staircase. Other: You have your own entrance, a work/study area (adjustable), and your own garden with patio (including BBQ). Includes books and games. Listen to music, via Bluetooth or LP player, and look around you...

We are happy to welcome you to the beautiful Sterrebosch Estate in the newly built in the barn. It includes 6 double rooms (21 m2) with private bathrooms. From here there are many options, such as walking/cycling along the IJssel, a day trip to the beautiful Hanseatic city of Deventer, sauna Thermen Bussloo, Paleis het Loo in Apeldoorn or to the Veluwe. You rent THE ENTIRE vacation home (air conditioning) with breathtaking views of the countryside. 200m public road House and orchard are private for you; picnic table, seats and fire pit. Suitable for 4 people. We rent out the holidays in their entirety. Private bicycle shed, private parking spaces with charging point for electric cars. Dogs free, not on bed/sofa.

It is a few steps away from the IJssel and within walking distance of the historic center of Zutphen and the station. Zutphen is at home in all markets. Speaking of market; the market on Thursday and Saturday in the center is worth a stroll. Cycling with the wind in your hair in the countryside or to a museum or theater. Relax or work. Everything is possible in Zutphen!

A nice place where you can retreat, connect with each other and relax. From the cottage you can walk into the woods in a few minutes. Discover endless cycling and hiking routes. The dog is welcome! The chalet has its own parking space, air conditioning and central heating system.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Fully equipped (climate system, luxuriously furnished kitchen, WiFi) so you can enjoy a well-deserved vacation.

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!
