The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Door het hoge plafond en de vele ramen is het licht en ruim met uitzicht over de weilanden/akkers. Er is een veranda en een lounge-plek. Deze plek is uitermate geschikt voor rustzoekers en natuurliefhebbers.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

In this cottage you will wake up to the sounds of birds, you will see the squirrels jumping through the trees and in the forest you will regularly encounter deer and boars. The forest cottage is on the Veluwezoom. Within a few meters you are in the middle of the woods. The cottage is located on the Jutberg holiday park. Located on a very popular cycling route for recreation, hiking, cycling or mountain biking to stand within a few hundred meters on the Ginkelse heath. Many animals are spotted here in the evening and night: deer, foxes, badgers, squirrels, buzzards, forest owls, woodpeckers and hares. In the wood whale, weasels can even be spotted!
