Vissen, windsurfen, surfkiten en andere watersporten zijn op nog geen 250m aanwezig. Ook is er een enorm wandelgebied en een gezellig dorp. Vanuit de woning zie je een hele grote vijver. Eenden, waterhoenders, grote karpers, soms een bever en zelfs waterschilpadden zijn uw buren. s-avonds wordt u getrakteerd op een kwaakconcert.
