This modern designer villa is located in a residential area away from traffic but just 5 minutes from the beaches of Marinella di Sarzana and Fiumaretta, and 15 minutes from the renowned resorts of Forte dei Marmi, Lerici, Tellaro and the Carrara Marble Quarries. From the villa, you can reach the famous and picturesque Cinque Terre and the beautiful Portovenere, as well as the city of Pisa with its Leaning Tower, in just 30 minutes. The pool is not heated; it is at room temperature.

Apartment in the center of Tellaro, Liguria

Elegant apartment located in the historic center of Tellaro, a stone's throw from the sea. It is accessed through two independent entrances, from the main one you enter the bright living room, of which a part is lofted with three beds (a double sofa bed and a single one), through some steps you go down to the well-equipped kitchen/dining area and to the first bathroom with shower. The second entrance allows direct access to the double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower.
