Monthly Rentals in Dogtown

Great location in Dogtown, walkable to several restaurants and coffee shops and short drive to many more. Clean, modern decor, very homey. Could comfortably house 2-3 couples or 2 couples with kids. Pet friendly which was great with a large fenced in yard, however important to note there is no access to the yard from the house, you still have to walk outside with your dog(s) to gain access to the fenced yard. Will definitely be considering this property or one of Alex’s other properties for our next visit to STL!

Host reached out via txt to confirm arrival & provided helpful instructions & pictures for check in. Space was clean, cozy & inviting. Had everything we needed for a short stay. My husband loved the water pressure in the shower, only negative of the bathroom is there was no vent. Bed was a little firm for my liking, but it did it's job. Location was close to the highway & everything downtown St. Louis has to offer. Neighborhood was walkable & had tons to offer that was close: Sweet Em's Coffee, a couple bars, a ckn restaurant, BBQ, pizza, cookies & dessert. Would recommend, would stay again.

Chris’s place was amazing! It was incredibly clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay in St. Louis. The neighborhood was lovely, lots of nice restaurants, a cute ice cream shop, and the zoo was truly just a short walk away all of which was super convenient to put our kiddos in strollers and walk everywhere. Chris was super responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Robert’s place stands out because of the location and the garage access. We loved the loft. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Had all we needed.
