Located in a quiet village in the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Park, come and discover our atypical gîte and its exceptional view of the entire Chartreuse mountain range. Through its sloping window, you will feel surrounded by nature even when inside! A real corner of paradise to recharge your batteries and/or practice outdoor activities (cycling, mountain biking, hiking, trail...). Food store in the center of the village, 10 min walk. Swimming pool available depending on the season.

Apartment in family home

Close to the A43 Lyon/Chambéry/Geneva axis, 1 hour from Grenoble. Close to all amenities, zoo, Walibi, hiking and horseback riding, mountain biking, ViaRhôna, Chartreuse Natural Park and Lake Aiguebelette with multiple activities: Swimming, paddles, tree climbing, canoeing, paragliding... We cultivate a pesticide-free garden and have animals: Australian Shepherd couple, female donkey, goats, apiary and low yard. Our 27 m2 accommodation is located on an independent and enclosed space.

Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

La P'tite Grange

In a rural environment, for rent beautiful 60 m2 2-bedroom apartment in a renovated old barn, close to the owners' home. The apartment is composed on the ground floor of an equipped kitchen with dining area, upstairs of a living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Outside you will have a private wooden terrace with garden table and chairs and a reserved parking space for your car.

The Quiet Stones

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.

Nestled in the heart of the Chartreuse, come and discover our independent dome within our small farm dedicated to plants. You will be charmed by the view of the valley, the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. We'll be happy to introduce you to our work if you'd like. Our house and farm premises are 80 meters from the dome and its terrace, not overlooked.

"Le Cosy" studio 300 meters from the beach

The apartment is located in the centre of the village of Paladru in a former hotel that has been converted into a residential building. The turret restaurant is at the foot of the building. The closest beach is 300 m away (land, beach and restaurant). The Archaeological Museum of Lake Paladru is a 100 m away. Grocery store that also sells bread 50 metres away.
