Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. You will find every comfort... Close to Sancerre (favorite village of the French), many visits to do... On the ground floor: kitchen, office, shower room, toilet, 1 bedroom (1 bed of 140 cm), Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 140 cm and 2 beds of 90 cm) Terrace with garden furniture.

Friendly, cozy, modern, this charming house has just been redone. Its ideal location allows you to get anywhere in La Charité and very quickly. A concierge is at your disposal for any requests.

Maisonette in the heart of the Nièvre

Peaceful haven in the center of the Nievre. Take a quiet break in this newly renovated old house. The living room will welcome you with its living and dining area. One of the sofas is convertible (thick mattress 140 X 190) the separate kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The upstairs bedroom has a large 160 x 200 cm bed. The bathroom features a shower and toilet in addition to the one on the ground floor

Isabelle and Denis welcome you to this old farmhouse restored to the taste of the day in the heart of a quiet village typical of Nièvre. This old house is elevated, offering you an unobstructed view of the countryside. It is an excellent place to stay to discover the Morvan Regional Park, Vézelay, Guedelon and the Nivernais Canal, through different types of museums. Only two animals are allowed per reservation.
