Nestled on the heights of La Baule, close to the beach and forest, this charming house in longère renovated and decorated with care welcomes you for a stay combining harmony and comfort. Our capacity is 3/4 people with a sofa bed on the ground floor in addition to the bedroom with its 160 bed. Toilets and linens are provided. We offer wifi access and calm. For sunny days, a large terrace with sun loungers, garden furniture and BBQ invite you to relax and lounge. Our rental is located in a residential area of La Baule close to the center. We benefit from all local shops as well as the Escoublac forest for walking and jogging. The beach can be reached in 20 minutes on foot through the forest and the Lajarrige district.

Two properties available, one sleeping 4 and the other sleeping 3. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two properties, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is in a quiet location surrounded by nature, close to horses, and offers a lovely view of the sunset. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 minutes from La Roche-Bernard, a small tourist harbour. Beaches 20 mins away.
