L'abitazione, con una superficie di circa 40 m², può ospitare fino ad un massimo di 3 persone ed è disposta su due livelli connessi da una scala interna. La casa è composta da una cucina ben attrezzata e salotto, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e un bagno. Un ampio giardino circonda la casa e regala vedute indimenticabili sul lago.
