Holiday rentals in Donji Štrbci

We had a great stay at Villa Ana. Great outdoor area, great views and really pure privacy without neighbors or the like - we enjoyed the peace and quiet very much. The beds are new and cozy. Edwin was a very attentive host and we had a fruit plate, water and a bottle of wine as a welcome! Communication was excellent, and the pool was cleaned regularly. The place is as described in the photos. However, there were a few things that were not 'perfect,' as described in many reviews. Very few cupboards and little storage space, there were two of us with a dog so the children's room served as a dressing room. In the bathroom, the sink, shower rod and toilet seat were loose. There is still room for improvement in the kitchen equipment. For example, a second larger cutting board, a second pan or a bread knife. However, this should not tarnish the impression of the basically great villa! We'll be back!

We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were greeted by Andreas who was very welcoming, caring and always had great tips. The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

Accommodation in perfect condition. Friendly hosts and always attentive. This is an apartment but it is almost a house since the whole floor including the terrace, swimming pool and access are private. The hosts live on the ground floor, their terrace is on the opposite side of the apartment's terrace. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of space. You are 200 m from the sea, 30 minutes from Zadar, 1 hour from the north of the island of Pag, 1 hour 20 minutes from Plivitje Park, 1 hour 30 minutes from Split, in short in a strategic enough place to visit and/or hike. There are supermarkets in the village and a good number of good restaurants around. In summary, it's really a beautiful place to stay.

Wonderful stay , we loved it. The hosts are very hospitable. All the amenities in the apartment , the sea is in 3 minutes. Would love to come back again. A great option for a family holiday or a group of 3-6 people

As soon as we booked the house for us, also contacted the owner via message. We got a prompt reply with all the details we inquired about. Of course, we knew what we wanted to know regarding the kitchen, the grill, the boat, etc. Also they were very helpful during our stay, all the details we could sort out via message / photos / etc. We absolutely loved the place, relaxing and ideally located fro families. To use the boat we got vests for the kids, and of course we went for a "ride"! On the beautiful river, we went with kids....soooo amazing!! We had already experience, but the river is not that fast, so 2 adult was enough to come and go :) I would suggest to fix the missing sitting bench in the boat, but kids could sit down inside the boat, so problem solved. Thank you for having us in your house, we definitely suggest to other friends and to anyone if you fancy a place like this . .

Communication and contact with Mia was exceptionally fast, friendly, seamless - it is such a good experience that it is hard not to mention this important aspect :) clear and clear instructions, Maja was very helpful in many issues. Clean apartment, well-equipped kitchen, best breakfast on the terrace overlooking the cove and mountains. Highly recommend :)

Paklenica is a marvelous place for hiking and climbing, also sea-swimming. At house we had all we needed for our stay and communication with Andrija&Valentina was smooth and active. They responded promptly to our questions. Thanks for the opportunity to stay in your house.

Thanks to Belmont Realty for our stay at this very peaceful apartment! Amazing views from the balcony and in a quiet location it had everything we needed. The place is equipped with everything for cooking and relaxing. The host was super responsive and had excellent customer service thanks again for everything .
